First, you need to determine if your desired location meets the zoning requirements of your local government, including city, county, or state. Once you have confirmed that you can place an home on your property, you may need to initiate your permitting process. Or allow us to do this for you!!!
Floor Plan
This part's for you.
After that, you can select the floor plan that best fits your needs. We offer a variety of sizes and configurations to choose from to ensure that you get the home you want and need.
Deposit
Let's work out the details together.
Once you have chosen your ideal home, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your order. The deposit amount will depend on the size of the home and the specific features you have selected.
Contractor
The choice is yours.
Next, you will need to select a contractor to install your new home. We can recommend contractors in your area, or you can choose your own.
Land Prep
Let's level with eachother.
You will then need to prepare your site for the arrival of your new home. This may include clearing the land, leveling the ground, and ensuring that the site is ready for installation. We have an in-house team that can provide this step for you!
Transport
The shipping & handling logistics.
When your home is ready for shipping, you will need to pay the balance due. Then, you can hire a shipper to transport your new home to your site. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. We work with companies for transportation and can arrange all the shipping right to your new location!!!
Install & Move In
The moment we've both been waiting for.
Finally, the site installation process will begin. Our modular homes are assembled on-site, and the installation process typically takes only a few days. We are certified installers and can take care of this step for a seamless process!
Once the installation is complete and all inspections are completed, you can move into your new Modula Portal Inc. home and start enjoying your new living space.
